Elis Tan, who is currently working as a Principal at Rosyth School, is a graduate student of the Master of Arts (Leadership and Educational Change) programme.

The programme is jointly taught by two internationally-renowned teacher education institutions, the National Institute of Education (NIE), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and Teachers College (TC), Columbia University, New York.
