Titled "Designing for Connectivity: Professional Networking and Distributed Leadership", this seminar aimed to explore the conditions for professional networks to be effective, discuss the kind of organizational openness and leadership that is required for networked professional learning to be transparent, share the outcomes of their learning and how to grant them the leadership for realizing change and innovation. There will also be a focus will be on the design lessons that can be learned from this. In addition, the seminar provides an opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences on these aforementioned aspects of professional networks.
